1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TutorHub, all users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, platform policies, and applicable rules and regulations. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future modifications or updates made by TutorHub.

2. User Eligibility

TutorHub services are intended for students and tutors who are capable of entering lawful agreements under applicable laws and institutional policies. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and updated when necessary.

3. User Rules & Responsibilities

• Users must respect tutors, students, administrators, and other platform users at all times.
• Use of offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not create fake, misleading, duplicate, or unauthorized accounts.
• Sharing account credentials with other individuals is prohibited.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts.
• Spamming, unauthorized promotions, or misuse of the platform is not allowed.

4. Booking & Session Rules

• Students and tutors are expected to attend tutoring sessions through approved online meeting platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Students are responsible for ensuring that they join scheduled sessions on time.
• Tutors are expected to maintain professionalism and provide proper academic assistance during sessions.
• A maximum grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for late students. If a student fails to attend within the allowed interval, the tutor shall not be held responsible for the missed session.
• Repeated no-shows, excessive cancellations, or scheduling violations may result in temporary booking restrictions or account penalties.
• Session schedules remain subject to tutor availability and confirmation.

5. Payment Policy

• Students are required to complete payments before scheduled tutoring sessions.
• All transactions must follow the official TutorHub payment procedures and guidelines.
• TutorHub shall not be responsible for agreements, payments, or transactions conducted outside the platform.
• Fraudulent payment activities or unauthorized refund requests may result in account suspension or investigation.

6. User Conduct

• Users must maintain professionalism, respect, and proper behavior during all tutoring sessions and communications.
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or harmful conduct are strictly prohibited.
• Users must not upload, distribute, or share illegal, malicious, or inappropriate content through the platform.
• Any misuse of TutorHub systems, services, or communication tools may result in disciplinary action.

7. Account Activity Policy

TutorHub reserves the right to deactivate, archive, or permanently remove accounts that remain inactive for more than 30 days. Users are encouraged to maintain active participation to avoid account restrictions.

8. Suspensions & Violations

TutorHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, platform policies, or applicable laws. Severe violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

TutorHub values user privacy and implements reasonable measures to protect personal information and account data from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or alteration.

10. Platform Availability

While TutorHub aims to maintain continuous system availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, system updates, or circumstances beyond platform control.

11. Policy Updates

TutorHub reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
